How does the dress rental process work at Casa del Vestido?

Our rental process is simple and convenient:

  • Return the dress after your event. We handle the cleaning and maintenance.

Can I try on dresses before renting them?

Yes! You can book an appointment or just walk in to try on dresses in our Thornton, Colorado store. This ensures you find the perfect fit and style for your event.

What types of dresses do you offer?

We offer a variety of high-end dresses including cocktail dresses, long evening dresses, and gala dresses. We also provide accessories to complete your look.

What are the rental prices for the dresses?

Our dresses are categorized into three pricing levels:

  • Dress Category 1: $100

  • Dress Category 2: $150

  • Dress Category 3: $200

Do you offer insurance for the dresses?

Yes, we offer premium insurance for an additional $20. This covers major damages such as burns, tears, and breaks, providing peace of mind during your event.

How early can I pick up the dress?

You can pick up your dress up to 4 to 5 days before your event.

When should I return the dress?

You must return the dress the Monday following your event.

How do I return the dress?

Simply bring the dress back to our store the following Monday after your event. We take care of the cleaning and maintenance.

What happens if I damage the dress?

If you’ve purchased our premium insurance, major damages are covered. Without insurance, repair costs will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. For regular wear and tear, there is no charge for damages. However, for significant damages or irregular use, a fee of twice the rental cost will be charged.

What if the dress doesn’t fit, or I don’t like it after trying it on?

If the dress doesn’t fit, or you’re not satisfied with your choice, you can exchange it for another available dress in our store. You will have the chance to choose the dress you love!

Can I rent accessories along with my dress?

Yes, we offer a range of high-quality accessories, including earrings, necklaces, and rings, to complement your dress. These can be rented along with your dress.

Do I have to sign a contract? If so, what does it include?

The rental agreement covers important terms such as:

– A 50% security deposit refundable upon returning the dress in good condition.

– A rental period of 4-5 days.

– Policies for alterations, returns, and damages, including penalties for irreparable damage.

– Late return fees and dress care instructions.

You’ll be asked to provide credit card details for any potential charges related to damage or loss.
